Unethical people can destroy you

Unethical people can destroy you. We all know someone who scheme their way through life. They are ruthless and self centered.

Unethical meaning

Lacking moral principles; unwilling to adhere to proper rules of conduct.

They are everywhere

Unethical people are in our churches, at our places of work, on our televisions, in our governments, our schools and also in our homes. There have been many instances where children defrauded their old age parents out of their life savings to name just one.

They are ruthless

An unethical person will look you in the eyes while defrauding you. They have no empathy or sympathy, they are ruthless and just don’t care. They will con you out of your home, life savings and business without batting an eye. a Respectable company are turned into a dishonest one in only a day or two. Unethical people are masters at turning people against each other. They know what they want and how to get it and they will stop at nothing to get what they want. Master manipulators.

Signs of unethical behavior

  • Bribing people
  • Sexual harassment
  • Lying about contracts and or employees
  • Bullying the employees to get what they want
  • High staff turnover
  • Abusive behavior
  • Being evasive
  • Violating company policies

Dealing with unethical people

Because unethical people are so ruthless and master manipulators it is not easy dealing with these people. You have to outsmart them, catch them off guard. Unethical people can destroy the business and the ethical people quickly therefore you have to move swiftly.
