Raise your ice tea Abba is back

Raise your ice tea Abba is back with brand new music. Some good news to hit the world after too much bad news. Celebrations are in order.

Through the years

Many of us grew up with ABBA. The are true living legends. ABBA music played at school dances, in the Malls and at House parties. ABBA Cd’s flew from the shelves. Their music is ageless. Classics. Even the younger generations listen to ABBA and sing along to their songs. Thank you for the music ABBA.

Raise your ice tea

Let’s drink a refreshing Lemon ice tea to ABBA. Recipe at the bottom of this post.

2021 turned out to be a good year after all. Everything is better with more ABBA music and the singles that were released so far are so good. It feels like they never left the building. ABBA is back and it feels really good like seeing old friends again after many years. While I won’t be able to see their new shows, I will surely join in the fun from my coach. Like old friends should.

Lemon Ice Tea recipe

It is easy to make your own ice tea at home. Most of my ice tea recipes use one specific tea. The best tea to use is Rooibos Tea. It is locally grown here in South Africa. Delicious. Back to lemon ice tea.

Ingredients: 5 rooibos tea bags, 1liter of boiled water, juice of 1 lemon, honey (optional), sliced lemon and fresh mint leaves for garnishing.

Method: Boil a liter of water, Throw the 5 rooibos tea bags in the water and allow to brew for 5 minutes on low heat. (Add the honey to taste when the tea have finished brewing. Allow the tea to cool down. Remove the tea bags. Add the lemon juice. Place in the fridge to chill.

Serve: Use a cocktail or wine class to serve the ice tea. Garnish with sliced lemon and fresh mint leaved. Enjoy
