Make tea with marshmallows

Make tea with marshmallows and enjoy on your own or with friends. Tea makes everything better so why not tea with marshmallows?

Tea is delicious hot or cold, black or with milk. No matter how you like your tea it is refreshing. So go ahead invite friends and family, set the tea table and make this delicious Peppermint Chocolate tart with marshmallows in his belly. Serve it to your guests with the tea you love. Enjoy

Peppermint chocolate tart

Crust:

  • 1 packet of Coconut biscuits (200 grams)
  • 120 grams melted Butter

Method

  • Put the biscuits into a food processor and blitz them until you have fine crumbs or place the biscuits in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin
  • Place the crumbs in a bowl and add the melted butter and mix well.
  • Line your fridge tart pan and press the crumb mix on the bottom
  • Place in the fridge to cool and set for 45 to 60 minutes

Enjoy this tart with hot or cold tea with friends and family

Ingredients:

  • Tin of evaporated milk
  • 1 Packet (120grams) pink and white marshmallows
  • 1 slab Milk Chocolate of your choice
  • 65 ml Full cream milk
  • 40 grams Peppermint crisp chocolate

Method

  • Place evaporated milk tin in fridge preferably overnight or at least 5 hours before use
  • Place full cream milk in pot on slow heat.
  • Melt marshmallows in hot milk and stir with wooden spoon
  • When marshmallows are completely melted, break chocolate into milk and marshmallow mix while you continue to stir.
  • Beat the evaporated milk and through into mix and stir. Take it of the stove.
  • Through warm mix onto the crust and allow to cool.
  • Put in fridge when cold and allow to set before serving.

Eat a marshmallow and a piece of chocolate while making the tart and smile
