When someone runs over your foot it hurts whether the pain was caused intentionally or not. While emotional pain aren’t as obvious as physical pain it is still painful and needs to be treated in order for it to heal.

A broken heart, a bruised ego, betrayal by a loved one needs some tender love and care. Self care can do wonders for the healing process. It is not selfish to care for yourself. Taking the time to give yourself some much needed loving care. A walk in silence, spa treatment, reading a book, a cup of hot chocolate, soft music in the background.
